Itinerary – Desert Expedition (February 2024)
The expedition kicked off from Gurgaon as the convoy of Jimnys rolled out in high spirits, beginning their Rajasthan adventure. The first destination was Jaipur, the Pink City, where members explored the grandeur of Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal, and the bustling local markets. The evening was spent soaking in Rajasthani hospitality with traditional food and cultural experiences.

The next morning, the convoy headed towards Ajmer, home to the famous Ajmer Sharif Dargah, offering a blend of history and spirituality. From there, the journey continued to Jodhpur, known as the Blue City. The team explored the majestic Mehrangarh Fort, narrow blue-painted lanes, and enjoyed a royal Rajasthani evening in the heart of Marwar.

The third day brought a shift from forts to the desert as the group drove to Jaisalmer, the Golden City. Here, members experienced the thrill of dune bashing in the Thar Desert, camel rides, and mesmerizing sunset views over the sand dunes. After an adventurous day, the convoy continued to Barmer for an overnight stay, surrounded by rustic desert charm.
Leaving behind the desert, the expedition turned towards the City of Lakes – Udaipur. Driving through scenic landscapes, the group arrived in the romantic city adorned with palaces, lakes, and gardens. Visits included Lake Pichola, City Palace, and Jag Mandir, offering a perfect mix of relaxation and cultural immersion.
